" Phil took me to his beloved Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Even incognito, with sunglasses and a cap, he was recognized by 'his' winemakers. It was beautiful to see how he combines his passion for both Châteauneuf and music.
As a wine enthusiast, I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the wineries we visited, the region, and especially the delicious food. This trip gave me the opportunity to connect with winemakers and delve deeper into the wine and vinification process.
With Phil and his guitar by your side, you can't help but fall in love with 'his' Châteauneuf-du-Pape. "

" Thank you, Phil, for an experience I’ll never forget. From hidden vineyards to cinematic lunches, you took us to places no regular tourist would find.
You don’t need to be a wine expert – Phil shares his deep knowledge with passion and ease. Every glass came with a story, every moment with meaning. Above all, it’s clear: Phil lives and breathes Châteauneuf-du-Pape. His connection to the land, the people, and the wines made this journey truly special.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking a once-in-a-lifetime experience in the heart of the Rhône Valley. "

This wine trip was a truly memorable experience. From the start, everything felt relaxed, well-organized, and delightfully spontaneous.
You really made the difference. Approachable, fun, and full of knowledge – about wine, grapes, terroir, and especially the unique climate of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. You shared it all in such an engaging way, never dry, always interesting.
What stood out was how well-connected you are. The warm welcomes from local winemakers made it feel like we were part of the village – not just visitors.
The group vibe was easygoing and fun. Instant connection, lots of laughs, meaningful conversations, and shared moments of pure joy.
The tastings were far from standard – full of passion and personality. Thanks to your local insights, we got to hear the stories behind the wines and the people who make them.
And those unexpected extras… lunch at Le Verger des Papes and Château des Fines Roches, sunrise views over the vineyards with Mont Ventoux in the background – unforgettable.
I’d recommend this trip to anyone who loves wine, but also atmosphere, culture, and a touch of adventure. It’s far from ordinary – and that’s mostly thanks to your energy, passion, and knowledge.
Truly, thank you!
